Thomas Prepelka won the seven-figure prize playing the  “$4,000,000 Bonus Loot” $10 scratch-off game.

Prepelka chose to take the lump sum payment of $650,000 (before taxes) rather than the annuity.

He plans to pay off his mortgage with the cash.

Prepelka bought the winning ticket at Dracut Convenience at 26 Pleasant St. in Dracut. The store will get a $10,000 bonus for the sale.
